What We Do

We build mind muscle.

Literally. Meditation thickens the brain's gray matter (University of Wisconsin).

To strengthen our bodies, we exercise.

To strengthen our minds, we meditate. 

As we meditate, the mind wanders. By gently guiding our attention back to the breath, we strengthen the muscle of attention – like how adding and releasing tension builds muscles in weight training.

​We enhance performance.

Mind Guided Meditation strengthens attention and awareness, by choosing an object of attention and strengthening our ability to focus on it. This translates to better form, fewer injuries and greater endurance. 

In our practice, we choose to focus on the breath. 

We empower you to reach your goals.

Meditation enhances brain structure. A consistent practice redirects brain activity from the reactionary part of the brain (the limbic system) to the rational part of the brain (the prefrontal cortex). 

This enables us to utilize stronger executive control, that is, the ability to carry out goal-oriented behavior (Harvard Medical School).

Our visualization techniques allow for recognition, familiarization and conquering challenges. 

We enable better workouts.

Meditation directly increased motivated to exercise regularly and provides greater workout satisfaction afterwards (Journal of Health Psychology).

We keep you healthy.
